Note that the file begins with a lot of hard-coded RFT Structure constants. As we are a European company this lot is set up for A4 printing. You may have to adjust these values to suit your local paper-size conventions. Please give me feedback on this - maybe one day I can "externalise" this part of the code. Note the manual reference at the start of the file - this should be your Bible for any changes you need to make on the RFT front.
